IsPlanetInKendraFromPlanet(PlanetNamekendraFrom,PlanetNamekendraTo,Timetime)
Checks whether one planet is in a Kendra position from another planet. The method counts the sign distance between the two planets checks whether the distance is one of the Kendra positions 1 4 7 10
