IsPlanetInHouseKP(Dictionary<HouseName,Angle>cusps,AngleplanetNirayanaDegrees,HouseNamehouse)

Checks whether a planet falls inside a house using a KPstyle cusp boundary method. The method reads the cusp longitude for the requested house compares the planets Nirayana longitude with the current and next cusp handles wraparound when the next cusp longitude is numerically smaller than the current cusp returns whether the planet falls inside that cusp interval.
