IsPlanetInHouseBasedOnLongitudes(PlanetNameplanet,HouseNamehouseNumber,Timetime)

Checks whether a planet is in a specified house using longitudebased house boundaries. The method calculates the planets house through HousePlanetOccupiesBasedOnLongitudes... and compares it with the requested house.
