IsPlanetInGopuraAmsha(PlanetNameplanetName,TimebirthTime)

Checks whether a planet has attained Gopura Amsha Gopuramsa. The method excludes Rahu and Ketu checks the planets sign in several divisional charts counts how many times each sign appears returns true if any sign appears in at least four of those divisional placements. The divisional charts checked are D1 Rasi D2 Hora D3 Drekkana D7 Saptamsha D9 Navamsha D12 Dwadashamsha D30 Trimshamsha
