IsPlanetInGoodAspectToPlanet(PlanetNamereceivingAspect,PlanetNametransmitingAspect,Timetime)
Checks whether one planet casts a good aspect onto another planet. The method confirms that the transmitting planet aspects the receiving planet calculates the combined relationship between the two planets returns true only when the relationship is Friend or BestFriend.
