IsPlanetInFriendHouse
IsPlanetInFriendHouse(PlanetNameplanetName,Timetime)
Checks whether a planet is in a house whose sign is ruled by a friend. The method excludes Rahu and Ketu finds the planets signbased house determines the planets relationship to that house returns true for FriendVarga or BestFriendVarga.
