IsPlanetInEnemySign

IsPlanetInEnemySign(PlanetNameplanetName,Timetime)

Checks whether a planet is placed in an enemy sign. The method gets the planets current Rasi sign determines the relationship between the planet and that sign returns true for EnemyVarga or BitterEnemyVarga.
