IsPlanetInEnemyHouse(PlanetNameplanetName,Timetime)

Checks whether a planet is in a house whose sign is ruled by an enemy. The method excludes Rahu and Ketu finds the planets signbased house determines the planets relationship to that house returns true for EnemyVarga or BitterEnemyVarga.
