IsPlanetConjunctWithPlanet(PlanetNameplanetA,PlanetNameplanetB,Timetime)
Checks whether two planets are conjunct. The method gets the conjunction list for planetA gets the conjunction list for planetB confirms that each planet appears in the others conjunction list.
