IsPlanetConjunctWithMaleficPlanets(PlanetNameplanetName,Timetime)

Checks whether a planet is conjunct with any functional malefic planet for the charts Lagna. The method gets the lagnaspecific malefic planet list gets the planets conjunct the input planet returns whether any conjunct planet appears in the malefic list.
