IsPlanetCombust

IsPlanetCombust(PlanetNameplanetName,Timetime)

Determines whether a planet is combust because it is too close to the Sun. The method excludes planets that are not evaluated for combustion in this implementation gets the longitudes of the planet and Sun calculates the shortest angular distance between them compares that distance against the planetspecific combustion limit.
