IsPlanetAspectingOwnHouse(PlanetNameplanetName,Timetime)

Checks whether a planet aspects any house that it owns. The method excludes Rahu and Ketu gets all houses currently aspected by the planet checks the lord of each aspected house returns true if any aspected house is ruled by the planet itself.
