IsPlanetAspectingHouse(PlanetNameplanet,inthouseNumber,Timetime)
Checks whether a planet aspects a house identified by its raw number. This overload converts the integer house number into a HouseName enum value and then delegates to the main IsPlanetAspectingHouse... method.
