IsPlanetAspectedByPhysicallyHarmfulPlanets(PlanetNameplanetReceivingAspect,Timetime)
Checks whether a planet receives an aspect from any physically harmful planet. The method delegates to AllPhysicallyHarmfulPlanetsAspecting... and returns whether that list is nonempty.
