IsPlanetAfflicted(PlanetNameplanetName,Timetime)
Performs an enhanced affliction check for a planet. The method treats a planet as afflicted when any of the following are true the planet is combust except for the Sun the planet is debilitated the planet is in an enemy sign the planet is aspected by a natural malefic the planet is aspected by the Sun the planet is aspected by a planet with an enemy or bitterenemy relationship the planet is conjunct with a natural malefic the planet is conjunct with the Sun the planet is conjunct with a planet that has an enemy or bitterenemy relationship.
