IsMercuryAfflictedByMalefics(Timetime)

Checks whether Mercury is afflicted through conjunction with malefic planets. The method checks whether Mercury is conjunct with any relevant malefic returns true immediately if such a conjunction exists checks whether Mercury is conjunct with benefics returns false if Mercury is protected by benefic association returns false when Mercury is not conjunct any planet.
