IsMaleficPlanetInHouse(HouseNamehouseNumber,Timetime)

Checks whether any lagnaspecific malefic planet occupies a given house. The method gets all planets in the requested house using signbased placement gets the complete malefic list for the charts Lagna checks whether any planet in the house appears in that malefic list.
