IsHouseLordInHouseBasedOnLongitudes(HouseNamelordHouse,HouseNameoccupiedHouse,Timetime)
Checks whether the lord of one house is located in another specified house using longitudebased house placement. The method finds the lord of lordHouse finds which house that lord occupies using house longitude boundaries compares the occupied house with the requested occupiedHouse.
