IsBeneficPlanetInHouse(HouseNamehouseNumber,Timetime)
Checks whether any complete lagnaspecific benefic planet occupies a given house. The method gets all planets in the requested house using signbased placement gets the complete benefic planet list for the chart checks whether any planet in the house appears in that benefic list.
