HousePlanetOccupiesBasedOnLongitudes(PlanetNameplanetName,Timetime)

Finds the house occupied by a planet using house longitude ranges. The method gets the planets Nirayana longitude loads all house longitude ranges checks which house range contains the planet returns that house.
