HouseFromPlanetByAspectOrKendra

HouseFromPlanetByAspectOrKendra(PlanetNamereference,PlanetNametarget,Timetime)

Returns the target planets signbased house if the target is meaningfully connected to the reference planet. The method checks two possible connections whether the target is in a Kendra from the reference planet whether the target aspects the reference planet. If either condition is true the targets signbased house is returned. Otherwise the default HouseName value is returned.
