HoraTable(Timetime)

Generates the twentyfour planetary Horas of the Vedic day. The twelve daytime Horas divide sunrisetosunset equally. The twelve nighttime Horas divide sunsettonextsunrise equally. Planetary rulership is obtained from VedAstros existing LordOfHoraFromWeekday method.
