Converts the supplied time into bGreenwich Apparent Time in Julian daysb. The method 1. gets the Greenwich LMT value in Julian days 2. reads the location longitude 3. calls Swiss Ephemeris to convert from local mean time to local apparent time 4. returns the final Julianday value.
