GetSignTags(ZodiacNamezodiacName)

Returns a plainEnglish keyword summary for a zodiac sign. The descriptions include traditional sign characteristics such as modality odd or even nature gender elemental quality temperament fertility ascensional type and rising style. This helper is intended to support signbased delineation especially for character and mentaldisposition interpretation.
