GetPlanetTagsFromList

GetPlanetTagsFromList(List<PlanetName>planetList)

Builds one combined descriptive string for a list of planets by concatenating the tag text of each planet. This is a convenience helper that repeatedly calls cGetPlanetTags...c and joins the results into a single string.
