GetConstellationTransitStartTime
GetConstellationTransitStartTime(TimestartTime,TimeendTime,PlanetNameplanetName)
Returns the times at which a planet benters a new constellationb between two dates. For each detected constellation change the method returns the transition time the new constellation name the zodiac sign occupied at that moment.
