FortunaPoint(ZodiacNameascZodiacSignName,Timetime)
Calculates the bFortuna Pointb and returns its position as a bsign count from the Ascendant signb. The method 1. gets the Ascendant Moon and Sun longitudes 2. measures the Moons distance from the Sun 3. adds that arc to the Ascendant longitude 4. converts the resulting point into a zodiac sign 5. counts how many signs away that result is from the supplied Ascendant sign.
