Calculates the special aspect value Vishesha Drishti for Mars Jupiter or Saturn. The method checks the angular distance dk and applies additional specialaspect strength when the planet is Saturn special strength over the 3rd and 10th aspect zones. Jupiter special strength over the 5th and 9th aspect zones. Mars special strength over the 4th and 8th aspect zones.
