FindBirthTimeByAnimal
FindBirthTimeByAnimal(TimepossibleBirthTime,doubleprecisionHours)
Builds a list of possible birth times for the given day by checking the animal prediction associated with each time slice. For every generated time slice the method calculates the Moons constellation derives the corresponding Yoni Kuta animal stores the result as a keyvalue pair where the key is the time slice and the value is the predicted animal. This is useful when narrowing down a birth time based on an expected or known animal association from constellationbased matching.
