EventsAtRange(TimebirthTime,TimestartTime,TimeendTime,List<EventTag>eventTagList,intprecisionHours)
Calculates all matching events that occur within a given time range. The method wraps the birth time in a temporary Person object and then runs the main event engine across the requested interval.
