EventEndTime

EventEndTime(TimebirthTime,TimecheckTime,EventDataeventData,intprecisionInHours)

Finds the end time of an event by scanning forward from a time when the event is already known to be active. The method repeatedly steps into the future until the event is no longer occurring then returns the last confirmed time at which the event was still active.
