DivisionalLongitude
DivisionalLongitude(doubletotalDegrees,intdivisionalNo)
Calculates a normalized divisional longitude from an input degree value and a divisional chart number. The method multiplies the incoming longitude by the divisional factor repeatedly subtracts 30 degrees until the result falls inside a singlesign range returns the final value as an Angle.
