DistanceBetweenPlanets(Anglea,Angleb)
Returns the shortest angular distance between two zodiac longitudes. The method calculates the absolute difference between the two angles normalizes the difference within the 360degree circle folds values greater than 180 into the shorter opposite arc returns the final distance as an Angle.
