DispositorFromOwnHouses
DispositorFromOwnHouses(PlanetNameplanet,Timetime)
Calculates the distance between a planets dispositor and each sign owned by that dispositor. The method finds the dispositor of the input planet gets the signs owned by that dispositor gets the dispositors current sign counts from each owned sign to the dispositors current sign.
