Returns an Ashtakavargabased strength score for a Dasa planet on a 0100 scale. The method calculates the planets Sodya Pinda normalizes it to a percentagelike scale rounds the final result. This can be used as a quick indicator of how strong a Dasa period may be from an Ashtakavarga perspective.
