DasaAtRange(TimebirthTime,TimestartTime,TimeendTime,intlevels,intprecisionHours)

Returns the sequence of Vimshottari Dasa periods across a time range for the given birth chart sampling the range at the given precision and nesting down to the requested number of levels. Use this to build a Dasa timeline between two dates.

Parameters

startTime	Time	Start of the range to scan.
endTime	Time	End of the range to scan.
levels	Int32	How many nested Dasa levels to compute default 3.
precisionHours	Int32	Sampling step across the range in hours default 100.
