AyanamsaDegree(Timetime)

Returns the ayanamsa value for the supplied time. The method checks the cache uses a manual Raman ayanamsa calculation when Ayanamsa is set to Raman otherwise retrieves the ayanamsa from Swiss Ephemeris.
