ArudhaOfHouse
ArudhaOfHouse(HouseNameinputHouse,Timetime)
Calculates the Arudha of a given house. The method gets the sign of the input house finds the lord of that house gets the sign occupied by the house lord counts from the house sign to the lords sign counts the same distance again from the lords sign converts the resulting sign back into a house.
