AllPlanetsSignsFromPlanet(int[]signsFromList,TimebirthTime,PlanetNamestartPlanet)
Returns all planets located in any of several signs counted from a reference planet. This overload has the same behavior as the previous arraybased overload but the parameter order places birthTime before startPlanet.
