AllPlanetsInBadAspectToPlanet(PlanetNamereceivingAspect,Timetime)

Returns all planets casting bad aspects onto a given planet. The method gets all planets aspecting the receiving planet automatically includes natural malefics for all other planets checks whether the combined relationship is enemy or bitter enemy returns the resulting badaspect list.
