AllPlanetSignsBasedOnHouseLongitudes(Timetime)

Returns the zodiac sign of every planet based on the houselongitude method rather than the direct Rasi sign. Each planet is mapped to the sign computed from the house midpoint longitude which can differ from the standard Rasi sign and is used in Bhavacentric analysis.
